Adrenaline. Evasion skill gem suggestion (or passive thingy)

Was just considering that you could have either a Skill called Adrenaline or similar, based on evasion, which gives you attack speed/move speed or similar.. Maybe even damage, or simply grant's Frenzy charges, but this can be debated :p

How it would work is when you are attacked but evasion kicks in and saves the day, you would have a rush of adrenaline.

It could be an activated buff like bloodrage or molten shell, or it could be a concentrate skill like lightning shield.
