A new passive and two new support skill gems

I have some suggestions about a new passive and two new support skill gems.

Passive:
"A single shot can only reduce you ES to 0 and HP to 1 no matter how painful it is. This effect only happens if you are in maximum health and maximum ES and cannot be happened more than once in 10 seconds."
This passive can be added to Acrobatics to make Acrobatics works in HC.

Gems:
1. "Split" (damage effectiveness: 70%, for ranged attacks and spells only)
The supported skills will automatically target one more enemies and damage that target. If it is used on projectiles, one more projectile will be fired together the closer target (you can't control which target is will hit). If it is used on non-projectiles (e.g. arc, firestorm), two arc/firestorm will be cast and one will damage the closer target. It will not target and will not damage the same enemy as you originally target (e.g. for firestorm, if they hit the same enemy accidentally, only one firestorm can damage the target. For arc, only the first hit won't damage the same enemy. The chained arc can deal damage as usual)

2. "Spread" (damage effectiveness: 70% to your target, 50% to surrounding, for melee only)
The supported skills will damage the enemies surrounded your target when you attack (you have to hit you enemies successfully in order to deal damage to the surrounding). The area will be larger with higher level of spread (quality improve damage instead) and "Increased area of effect" gem can increase the area of spread also.

First, that passive is OP.

Not because of what it's intended for, but because I could stack Max life reducers and never get any health, and grab like 30hp/regen and become practically invincible without es armor, or evasion.

I don't understand what the difference between 'split' and LMP is, and finally

I totally agree. I think a support that makes single target stuff AoE would be GREAT. It'd probably have to have a 50% less damage mod and a big (175-200%) mana cost multiplier, though.
That Passive does seem like it's needed.

Although yeah, if you put it bluntly and direct like that, there are ways "around" it (like some people said before, take CI and/or high health regeneration and you are invincible).

However it's very easy to obviously word (and implement) that ability so it's not "OP"

The "timer" thing can work. Just let it work for a specific time, so you don't use that "low-life+high regen" trick to avoid it
Or just specifically say "If you have less than 100 health it doesn't work" or something like that. Or just say "Doesn't work with CI" too,

The point is that it's better to figure out how to implement it so it's not exploitable, than just dismiss it completely because there are ways to implement it which are.
the passive actually wouldn't do anything. Lets face it, your proposal for it is to try and dampen the chance of the 1 hit KO. Which sure, makes sense on paper. But how often is that 1hit KO followed up by other things that can deal 1 damage after wards? Pretty much anything. It just wouldn't be terribly useful. You could argue that you could pop a flask or something,but by the time you're at 1hp you're already pretty done for anyways since you've also lost any ES too. Might as well be a CI with no ES.

as for the second support gem, That one sounds kind of ridiculous. Sure, damage spread to others would be mitigated, but what about aoe skills? skills that already hit groups of mobs. the damage would hype up super high.

If you add it to Acrobatics, it may just be better to say "If a hit would instantly kill you and you have 75% of your health remaining, and your level/max health is above X, you have +50% chance to dodge that attack".

Or something like that.
