Unable to create source: 40963

Hello!


I tried PoE some weeks ago on my notebook, worked fine.

Now i have a new PC so i copied the PoE Files on an extern Harddrive and copied that on my new PC.

First it had to make an update... something about 1 GB.
But when i tried to start, it said:

"Audio/Music/MainMenu/Mein Menu v3 Final_x4.ogg":Unable to create source: 40963


I tried to delete the Conten.ggpk File, then i had to update the whole Game (3 GB)

But still i get the same messege.

Whats wrong with it?


I have Win7 64bit


I hope someone can help me.

i tried, and the game starts now...

"no sounddriver detected" in the options/audio menu ingame...

Given that you deleted the content pack and redownloaded it just to get the same message, I am going to assume that your OS or another program is preventing access to the files, and that one in particular happens to be the first one so it is the one getting listed with the problem.

A GGG dev would be more helpful than I ;)

I did.
Now i tried again, and clicked on repair.
It downloaded something about 375MB and the line "--nosound" dissapeared.
But when i start i get the same message again. =(

Ok!

I deleted everything and reinstalled/downloaded again and it works now.

I think yome file was corrupt or something due to the copy-process.
