Cover - Styrofoam ball, electric wire piece, wire piece, pasta acrylics for modeling, lace piece and a wooden skewer
Symbol - Expanded PVC or EVA, use something to cut.
Painting - Acrylic paint
Interior Liquid - Ink the water with paint, and apply cotton pads to create a nebulous effect.
