Looking for Feedback on my EK Mara

So I'm not really sure where I want to go from here. If I want to go into Iron Reflexes and into less mana reservation or a different route. I don't want Crit because I plan to get most of my damage from stacking strength with Iron Will.

Should I go for some cast speed nodes? I feel like I got enough defense. But more defense never hurts. Also the shield nodes at the templar are taken to solve any resist problems and I use a high armor shield so I feel the points there are well spent.

Just looking for feedback. Not sure if I should go for cast speed or go down into Iron Reflexes.
