How to make cyclone great again

1. Turn vaal cyclone into regular cyclone, allow the player to move
2. Take away stun immunity, give 20-30% damage reduction instead
3. Profit as now cyclone actually has a niche and purpose for being used without cast on crit blade vortex builds.

1. Vaal cyclone is very niche. There are instances in deep delving that the pull mechanics work really well. If you are referring to "breaking" the stationary portion in the middle of Vaal Cyclone then yes I agree.

2. This would be a death knell for CI builds. Stun immunity is extremely critical. Being stunned halfway mid cyclone is a confirm death situation.

3. Cyclone on a standalone basis is "ok". It's not the best melee skill but its still very viable compared to many other tank-and-spank skill gems.
I think CI builds using cyclone are the least of cyclone's problems.

As far as clear speed goes it's alright, and by alright i mean mediocre when you compare it to actual clear speed abilities like winters orb. Then we look at it's actual damage and single target capabilities and oh boy. Cyclone goes from a 6 to a 4/10 in terms of power.
