Frequent Game Crashes since latest patch(es)

Hello guys!

My girlfriend is having issues with her PoE install, ever since a few days ago she very frequently crashes to the point where she can't even login first try before it crashes.

There's no errors or exceptions being thrown and the installation is relatively new (only a few weeks old).

I tried changing most settings around and see if it helps but the crashes happen on both DX9 an DX11, granted her PC is not the best and crashes most frequently happen when there's lots of stuff happening but the logs haven't been very conclusive... the only things it says is that the client couldn't execute an instant action from the server or something.

Her PC Specs:
Win 10 Home
AMD FX 6300 CPU
AMD RX 460 GPU
8GB RAM



We're currently trying to update drivers and see if that helps the issue and we have yet to re-install the game (mainly because the install is still very fresh with only 2-3 updates in between).

We would be thankful for any help on this problem!
