Is supposed to provide: "Items and Gems have 10% reduced Attribute Requirements" I have Rashkaldor's Patience equipped and I tried equipping gems and items along with it but attribute requirements for these items do not decrease by 10%. It doesn’t change the attributes. It just allows you to use things that you only have 90% of the rquired attributes needed.
