GAME IS CRASHING MOST OF THE TIME IN MINE ENCAMPMENT or IN AZURITE MINES!!!

It started to be so much waste of time for me. i lowered my all video specs and did everything but still same. Any suggestions please!!

Format you system and reinstall everything perhaps ?

Some friends had problems with disconnections every time they were loading in a new zone. One of them reinstalled everything, starting with Operating System, he now does not have any problem.

I am thinking that but it s last option it seems like a graphical problem maybe if next update still doesnt work for me i will format my pc :)

Since PoE is installed on my SSD I haven't had any issues...but without an SSD PoE is unplayable....

PoE is not installed on a SSD an i have no problems playing it. An SSD only reduces load times, it does not resolves crashes to desktop when loading a zone. The problem does not come from the hard drive itself but from software errors.

Why isn't this thread in the bug section with bug reports to back it up ?

1. Tell us your computer specs.
2. Tell us your operating system.
3. Post this in Technical Support.

I say #3 not to be dick but because I genuinely don't see a suggestion or piece of feedback in your post. So why did you post it here?

I got kicked to log-in screen many times when trying to enter instances. SSD solved that for me. Maybe it doesn't solve crashing to desktop but it sure as hell made the game playable for me. Oreath, Atzoatle and many other instances were a guaranteed throw back to log-in-screen for me without SSD.

Then maybe the computer specs / Operating system installation requires to be looked upon.

Might also be a client side problem. Some friends had issues this league with crashes to desktop / log-in screen, but not me. If we put the computer aside, the only difference between them and me : they use steam to run PoE as i use the PoE client directly.

TLDR :

1/ Computer specs problem
2/ OS problem
3/ Client side problem

Peersonaly i use an Asus Motherboard with a i5-7600K, a GTX 1050 Ti, 32 GB of ram and 2 1TB Western Digital HDD's. and i had not problems with disconnections this league.
