Shaper's Stronghold dont despawn

Heyho today i was helping a friend doing his Challanges. I offer him to do the Shaper Stronghold on my Atlas.
I open the Map(Sunken City) for him and he goes in and going to kill the Boss.
In the meantime i open new Maps(Thicket and Excation) to keep farming Atlas Objectives. After he kill the Shaper Stronghold boss the got the award for it and the Stronghold didnt despawn on my atlas. This happend 2x times in the row and then we stop.
