Do resistances go back to normal after killing Kitava ?

I finished Act 5 and i noticed that i have -40% chaos resis; and all other elemental resistances are decreased by 22%. Will my resistances go to normal after i finish Act 10 ?
*I mean get that 22% back again... Last bumped on Feb 11, 2019, 2:14:00 AM

You receive -30% to all resistances when you complete Act 5, and another -30% when you complete Act 10. Both of these effects are permanent.
Today… by divine decree… your patch of Excel, begins.

You are gona loose even more res :D For a total of -60 ele and chaos res once you kill last a10 boss.

Life and Res on as many pieces as possible.
Do not want to hit maps with uncapped resistances or the salt will be real. |
