Title screen has no news

When I start up my game and get to the title screen, I have no news feed.
 I can still click on the black box and it will link to the poe website. In today's case it took me to the page about the new hideout coming in 3.6. I have verified the files on steam but the files were fine. I'm not sure how to fix this. I don't know what else I should have included in a post like this. Last bumped on Feb 25, 2019, 4:27:25 AM

Same for me, BUT ONLY in "DX9-Mode".
Switched to DX11 and the news are there again |
