[BUG] 100% crash in town with PoE Steam Client

I am getting 100% crash when going back to the town. I simply kill some monsters and when my bag is full I go back to the town and PoE Steam Client Crash.

Maybe it is caused due to attempt to load skins of people in town, some motive client is unable to load and you get a crash.

My DxDiag information:

Please give more information how to debug this issue and help you guys to fix it.

Thank you.

Was using WinDbg to provide more details about crash, not sure if symbols loaded.

Corrupt pack files. Reinstall the entire game. Make sure to remove the Path of Exile folder from //Steam/SteamApps/Common first!
When this type of crash happens, in steam go to PoE->properties->local files->browse local files. Delete both of the PathofExileSteam exe files, then in the steam properties "Verify integrity of game files".

It'll redownload just those 2 files (instead of the whole game) and fix whatever is causing this problem.

It doesn't happen too often, but I do get it sometimes, always a different zone. Doing the above always fixes that. Same results as re-installing the game without having to re-download all of it.
I already tried verifying integrity before reporting this issue.

I did a second verification:

I will try the whole reinstall, thanks for help anyway.
When just doing the "verify integrity" alone, steam just sees that all files exist where they should and does nothing. If you delete the exe files from the install folder beforehand, it forces steam to do a full check when you do "verify integrity".

Again, accomplishes the same result as a full re-install regarding these crashes. Whatever causes this issues is cache related and verifying causes steam to reset it. I've done this multiple times over that last 2 years successfully after realizing that full reinstalls did not stop this issue from reoccurring.
