The Bowstring's Music Wrong Reward

After acquiring the "The Bowstring's Music" Prophecy, I went to the dried lake and when the prophecy was completed the "Death's Harp Death Bow" in my inventory was not upgraded to a "Death's Opus Death Bow". Instead a second unidentified "Death's Harp Death Bow" with a significantly lower roll was dropped on the ground by Nightwane.

You used the wrong prophecy.
Based on the purple text in your screenshots, "The Vanguard" prophecy was used, which drops a Death's Harp when a powerful Voll's Vanguard is killed. |

Oh ok, when the prophecy completed I assumed it was the "The Bowstring's Music", as that was the reason that I was in that zone.
Now looking at my prophecy list, "The Bowstring's Music" is still active. I'm sorry for the confusion. Thank you for your time. |
