Increased armour, Evasion and Energy Shield enchant vs 1-2 defence enchants?

Im confused. Looking at my crafting table while enchanting gloves. I see so many "increased [defence]" + "# to maximum life" enchants. Or "increased [defence] and [defence]" + "# to maximum life".

Whats the point of having them in game if there is one enchant that covers all of it ("increased armor, evasion and energy shield" + "# to maximum life" and they all have same values and costs?

Well that particular craft is only so people wearing a sacrificial garb don’t get screwed by having a mod that didn’t increase all those things.

Thank you, but whats the point of having all of those mods in game, if there is 1 that grants same that all of them combined and cost same to craft?

In other words, why would i ever want to use any other mods than that one covering all 3 defences?

So that it looks better. Not a big deal of course, but just "armor + life" on a pure armor piece looks better than "armor + evasion + energy shield + life" . These existed forever
