Getting damaged by Shimmeron Wand and Faith of Pursuit on totem build?

I made arc totem build and use old version of it with Shimmeron wands (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hV-ZGm2x9Jc&t=118s). Just waiting until im getting void batter wands with normal price. Now when i use shimmerons and get buff Pursuit of Fate and curses im start getting damage. I dont use any skills byself just totems. No enchants on gloves. Why im getting damage. The character is Sakuoriginaal.

They changed it a few leagues ago to damage you with traps, mines, and totems.
