What's a good pre-built desktop that can run this effortlessly?

I built my computer before Firelands came out ... yep, 8 years ago. She's a trooper, but between random BSOD, a 3rd gen i5 and a 2GB Radeon and no SSD ... probably need to upgrade.

Course, 8 years later, all I really use my desktop for is gaming, and the only game I see myself playing for the long haul is PoE. My biggest priority besides being able to play the game smoothly is that it's quiet, cool, and won't run up the electricity bill.

With that said, what are some options? I'm not really wanting to spend more than $1,000, but I don't know what things cost these days. If it needs to be closer to $1,500, I'll live. What I DON'T need is a monitor, anything VR related, or anything extraneous. Thanks.
