Need Crafting Advice.

All the following. Are any of these worth trying to meta-craft? The axe im looking at as some kind of physical spellcasters axe, can easily make it just the double shapers mods with meta crafting, then im thinking im supposed to add spell damage/chaos hybrid, or just spell damage and extra chaos, and maybe global crit multi?

Won't a wand be better than the axe? Or a dagger or even a foil with crit multi ?
The claw is an awkward 6 link, with no apparent use. Prefixes on the quiver are ok, but are they t1? you can craft the amulet, it has all the interesting mods |
