Fortification Walls & Tukohama, War's Herald

For whatever reason when trying to break fortress walls, the reflected damage caused by Tukohama, War's Herald doesn't seem to do any damage. I'm pretty much playing the same Tactical Nuke build from one of the build of the week episodes. All of my damage comes from this effect. My build is actually unplayable if I want to participate in the new league content. This is a little frusturating as I was looking forward to taking advantage of the new multiple totems support and the extra power it brings. I hope this can be resolved before the league ends.
