Mirror-quality items have to be perfect; if there's any mod on it that someone would look at and say "ehhhh...I wish this wasn't there", then it's not Mirror tier.

That helm is a giant mass of ES, which is super nice, but I don't know how many Molten Strikers are going ES this league, and it does literally nothing else save fixing some stats that generally don't need fixing on ES builds. The stun/block recovery is a dead mod slot, and Mirror items do not have dead mod slots. It's valuable, but not Mirror tier.

As I_NO tried to say - as a general rule, if you have to ask if an item is Mirror quality, it isn't. Look at your item and say "would I pay however many hundreds of exalts a Mirror is in [League here] for this thing?" If the answer isn't a resounding "GAWD yes", it's not Mirror quality.

That's a hybrid roll my friend. This helm is damn near perfect from what I can tell.

The highest flat ES you can get on a helmet is 61.
185% increased ES contains 3 affixes in it: regular % increase, hybrid % increase and Delve % increase.
Combining these 3 all tier 1, the highest % ES you can get is 192.

So it has perfect ES rolls..you're halfway there missing perfect res.

It looks like someone is trying to do mirror service on a helmet that isn't as good as yours, for what it's worth.

That helm is fucking crazy. I don't know what the market is like for HOWA MS gear, but it seems damn near mirror-able to me.

Resist is a suffix. He has 2 suffixes already, tier 2 int and delve % increase. both are superior to perfect resist.

res is a suffix. Int is a suffix and delve es is suffix. Either way he would need one more T1 suffix on there for mirror like 47% res or 400 acc. And even then the T2 int is a negative. Maybe would not be a lot of buyer at mirror plus mirror fee. There are way better helm in std.
