"Please wait before sending another chat message"

I'm getting this message all the time.
Appararently i am typing too fast for the game. Even when responding in whisper or group chat, i get this message.
Typing everything super slow, or retyping it 5 times until it goes through once is very annoying. I hope this is going to be fixed fast.
