how does one get focus?

I am seeing a lot of veiled mods do something when you focus
I have killed mastermind doing red map and have no idea what focus is. Last bumped on Jan 11, 2019, 3:52:46 PM

Mod with "while focussed" will give you Focus while equipped.
Focus is a 4s buff with 8s CD I think. You could use it like any other skill in the game. | |

Maybe. Never add an item with Focus so can't tell exactly.
