Item stat popup issue when looking at character profiles

Anyone else running into this issue? I am having this problem on my work computer and at home, but whenever I view someone's profile, after looking over it a few times, especially if I alt tab a bunch when comparing gear and items, the item overlay 'sticks' and makes it really hard to view.

Any way to fix this? I'm using chrome which auto updates.
