Corrupting Altar missing in the temple

So i had that already two times in corruption room T1 and T2.

You need to upgrade the room to tier 3 to get the altar.

" I though it was tier 3 for double corrupt and tier 1-2 single corrupt. Was it always tier 3 for the altar or they changed it? |
