Cannot connect to Login Server

As stated above, since the 3.5.1 patch I have been unable to connect to any of the login servers on the CA, TX, or DC gateways. In the login page, the "news" section also is in a perpetual "downloading" state. Attached below is my trace.

I am currently using a wireless connection, but have also tried wired. I am also currently not having any other issues with connectivity in any platform besides this one.

If it matters, i'm also running POE through Steam (and I am not having connectivity issues with any other online games through Steam either.)
