d3d11 exception crash

Since yesterday the game crashed when I loaded into my hideout.
That isn't too bad but seemingly it wasn't the last time it would crash.

This morning, quickly doing a map before going out;
Enter boss room, start nuking trash mobs and boss.

Suddenly, the screen freezes - whilst the sound continued on.
I heard my CWDT IC proccing and was hitting buttons in a panic.

Game crashes, I log back in.
Ofcourse, my HC is dead.

New character, can't be helped I guess.

What can I do about this?

Too afraid to continue leveling any chars now D:
Here's some specs;
Intel i7-5820K at 4,2GHz
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB - 2666MHz
Gigabyte 1080Ti black OC

Yep. I'm getting the same. Happened this morning and its going off again.

3470 (I know, I know, its old)
1060 6GB

Try older version of drivers.
My game crash with same error on drivers 417.35 and 417.22.
I install 387.92 and no crash any more.

I've been having issues with PoE since 3.5 Betrayal patch.
Whilst I normally do not mind a bug or two since it doesn't affect my gameplay too much, this bug - or error, does affect it.

Will try to paint the picture of what happened and then list the actions I have taken to try and resolve the issue.
I am not able to pinpoint the correct times/days of the incidents however.

First notice of a error
Last week I tried to load into my hideout and the game crashed to desktop without any error messages.
Around 15 hours later, I had my first crash freeze with a error message (exception).
At this point it was the first time I've seen this and thought it would be a one-of-a-kind error - thus continued on as usual.

2nd
Stupidly enough I kept on playing on my hardcore character instead of switching to softcore.
After some random mapping, I went into Olmec Sanctum - and at the first miniboss the exception errors started flooding in.
The game graphics froze but still heard the audio as normal (cwdt spells going off) for a few seconds.
Sadly enough I died - and do not have any screenshots/video of the occurance.

Since then I've had these errors at different occasions and screenshots/video of these errors can be seen in this thread

Things so far I've tried to not get these errors
Reinstalling PoE
Switching between two different gpu drivers
Deleting user config
Engine Multithreading on/off
Packchecking PoE

Same issue here.

I've tried everything that I can think of and even tried fresh installs of pretty much everything. Nothing has worked for me.

I sent an email hoping to get told how to fix but the response was that they were understaffed and would not be able to help until Feb 2019. That is over a month and a half of not being able to play which is not good with trying to play the league.

Has anyone managed to get it to work? Ive been trying for hours
