Voltaxic Sulphite Vein and Syndicate bug?

so I was progressing through the story and over the last dozen or so boards I was ignoring Jun who kept wanting me to do a syndicate laboratory on every board. I get to the mines directly outside Highgate where Niko wants you to gather a bunch of sulphite and full clear it. No sulphite. Go back to town, reset the instance and full clear again. No sulphite. Did it again a third time and got no sulphite.


out of curiosity I cleared the laboratory that Jun wanted me to clear in the mines and reset the instance... Bam. sulphite.


I think Jun spawning with the syndicate laboratory blocks the sulphite from spawning.
