Will this beastcraft have varied outcomes, like all other corruptions? Or will it just corrupt an item and add the 30% quality?

I'm concerned if it could turn a unique into a rare or remove a 6 link, that type of thing.

It's a guaranteed outcome. It doesn't do anything but make the item 30% quality and mark it corrupted so you can't modify it further.
