Map Device "Name/Label?" dancing around

It would alternate back and forth from the two positions seen in the screenshots at a pretty fast rate. Sorry if I'm not describing this very accurately, it's kind of hard to tell from these shots, it's pretty subtle, but basically the "Map Device" label was a strobe light. Not a big deal, just a little distracting, seems to be the only item doing it.
