Is it possible for shield only build?

So I wanna become Naofumi the shield hero, is it possible to build shield only character?

I'd say so, yes.
You'd probably be interested in a Facebreaker Shield Charge build. Another possibility is Spectral Shield Throw. Though you'll have a weapon in your main hand, you'll still be dealing your damage with the shield. I don't know anything about the Naofumi character though, so I can't say if either of these are how they use their shield. I don't see Naofumi (manga) shield charging, but guess shield throwing is possible?

I'm sure it's possible, up to around 90, but I doubt you'll be doing any of the exceptionally difficult content with it.

I don't know that Naofumi guy, but Doryani's Fist + Spectral Shield Throw could be played as shield only.
