Not spawning on hideout waypoint after map

I have tried moving my waypoint in hopes it will sync up, but it does not.
I have never had my waypoint in the location I teleport to.
This happens every time I play, even if I have been off the game for some time, it's not a one time instance bug.

I should also add, that if I die and don't leave the map via a portal, I do spawn on the waypoint.
