Lunaris temple waypoint issue

Twice I went through the lunaris temple way point and Don't have it available. The first time I went back to a zone waypoint ( I think it was back to solaris concourse). I logged out for a time and when I logged back in, the way point was unavailable. The second time I took the waypoint back to Sarn and after dealing with NPC's the waypoint was still unidentified.
