The queen's hunger and cast while channeling

Offerings from queen's hunger not trigger if you have cast while channeling, it s normal ?

The only thing that Cast When Channeling will trigger are other skill gems, that are linked to it and a gem with the "channeling" tag, as in, you have to stand still to cast it like Scorching Ray. It will not trigger skills that are given as an item mod.

So it can't work with cast while channeling because Offering trigger once every 5s and it s never a the same moment of the trigger of cast when channeling !

I'm right ? i want to know if it's normal or it's a bug ?!
