Unbreathing Queen 5 No Recipe
 This is the 2nd time ive done it and gotten no recipe I have the other recipes but I dont have "prefixes cannot be changed" Even the first time I did this I never got a recipe Bug??? Last bumped on Dec 20, 2018, 3:16:32 PM

Same thing happened to me got no recipe after completing Unbreathing Queen V.

Same thing happened to me. Also on other prophecy chains, the popup will say one thing ("No caster mods" for example), but I'll get something like "Suffixes cannot be changed".

A similar thing happened to me, I did Unbearable Whispers V last and Inya didn't give a recipe. I am also missing "Prefixes cannot be changed". All other bosses gave recipes but never the one the notification specified.

Same issue here.
Suffixes cannot be changed / cannot roll attack modifiers worked fine, Unbreathing Queen V didn't give me Cannot roll Caster Mods. The fragment dropped as intended. Reference number 4.068.661.506 |

Just completed unbreathing queen 5 and did not get any new recipes as well.

Having problems getting this prophecy to proc, do I just keep re-running or is this one of thoses quaranteed to proc, as such bug report?
