question about spell leech

i'm playing a cold snap + vortex occultist this league...is there any way for me to get life leech using this build?

Hello,
I see some builds using these skills use CI and go for energy shield Otherwise you can use stone golem for hp regen, but I don't see any leech anywhere.. Link for you: https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds?skill=Cold-Snap One's demise is always one's own making.
