Any information on Harimal's Wall, a unique item that Syndicate members can have?

My Janus Perandus is currently in possession of a unique called Harimal's Wall. It says it grants him "Summon Petrify Statue". In my encounters with him, I'm getting pertrified for a REALLY long period of time (feels like 3 seconds or so). Needless to say, this is a bit difficult to deal with. At first I thought it was a freeze, but my cold resistance is at maximum and my life pool is appropriate for my level.
Any idea on how to avoid get petrified by that thing? I haven't been able to distinguish exactly how it's triggered in the middle of all the clusterfuck yet. Last bumped on Dec 12, 2018, 7:43:06 AM
