Movement Speed Bug

So randomly during maps i notice my move speed get slower and slower. I check the middle of my map and i'm -31% movement speed on the defense tab, by the end of the map i'm -38%. I go back to my ho and it resets back to normal +12% movement speed, if i reenter the map it stays at the normal +12% movement speed. What is causing my movement speed to change mid map.. keep in mind i'm talking about it without flasks or buffs that modify movement speed. i do use them during the mapping process though, onslaught, quicksilver and phase run. but all the numbers listed above are with them all turned off.
