New skill gem: Absorb shield

Absorbs shield: Cast a magic barrier that deflects projectls & absorbs some of their damage before exploding, dealing the stored damage, it also reduces physical damage but cannot store it, the absorb shield lasts for 8 seconds, the cooldown is 16 seconds, cooldown begins when duration ends, mana cost: 400

Vaal Absorb shield: Cast a magic Vaal barrier that deflects projectls & absorbs some of their damage before exploding, dealing the stored damage,
The Vaal absorb shield contiuosly explodes every second, it can also absorb physical damage & releases projectiles that deal the damage of the last element it stored, it also has no limit to how much damage it can absorb & store, but it has a shorter duration
