Anyone experiencing lag spikes in terms of Latency

So since the start of the league I have been having problems with latency spikes. Causing my char to freeze while mobs around me move and attack me with no problem, and then eventually DC me to log in screen? I have wired internet with 100Mbs, ping is 6 with my local provider but in PoE it goes from normal 40 to 300+
