Investigation Board Blank Bug

I had this thing happen several times already. One thing I notice is that whenever I die(and I die often) right after killing Syndicate members after re-spawning and checking investigation board it appears blank.

Dunno if this is bug or maybe it might be the sudden increase in Ping that caused it.

I experienced this as well. Put my totems down, died, totems killed the Syndicate members. Their names were blank, the Investigations board was blank, and so were their offers (betray/execute/interrogate etc). When I clicked the offer on the right, I believe the member was executed, and everything returned to normal.
