Title. Should be two totems summoned, as description of gem says. Even the linked description of totem says it will summon two totems.

Thanks for your report, this is intended. This is because the skill has a cooldown so only 1 totem will be summoned rather than 2.

This also occurs with Traps as well when you try to support a trap which has a cooldown with either Multi-Trap support or Cluster-Trap support.
