Where is Helena

Tells me to meet Helena in my hideout but she is nowhere to be seen. Am I missing something obvious?

Talk to her in the town of A2 and invite her to your hideout.

Have the same problem. Can't find her anywhere.

It is confusing that the UI says to find Helena in your hideout, though. It is misleading.

You have to complete the A2 quest Intruders in Black, the one where you get the Baleful Gem.

Complete the quest by killing Fidelitas then grab the baleful gem. Don't leave yet! Return to Helena, talk to her. Now go back to town. Speak with her and invite her to hideout. Go to your hideout. Speak with her once more to continue.
