Question on the new Bonechill support gem

hi all,

someone have idea if the 2 statement :

cold damage taken is icresed by chill effect

and

cold damage taken is icresed by chill effect area

can stack ?

Max chill effect seems to be 30%

Area chill effect is 10%

So actually the gem can give 40% cold dmg taken ?

i asked myself the same question but we don't know for now. Need to be tested
