Crowdfunding gave no dialogue to choose my contribution amount

I attempted to assist with funding https://www.pathofexile.com/private-leagues/league/Just+regular+DelveHC+league

When clicking Fund there was no dialogue to choose what I would like to contribute , it just instantly deducted the full value of the league with no confirmation.

This occurred on Chrome, with no errors on the page afterwards.
