POE Freezing Every time upon opening

Is anyone else having the same issue?

I am opening the game and after the intro GGG cinematic, it just freezes and stops working. I have tried restarting my Laptop multiple times, and have reinstalled POE multiple times, and have even tried verifying integrity of game files, but nothing changes the outcome.

I would really appreciate the help, its causing the same issues now for the last 5 days. I don't know if this might help but I have the same issue when running it on the website download too along with the steam version :(

Don't worry, bought another laptop to play on instead and it works now.
