Dynamic resolution issues on the Xbox One [Blurry when clearing mob packs]

The Xbox One has a few issues with Dynamic resolution, primarily because it is not possible to disable this as an option in the options menu. Basically what it is designed to do is make the game blurry when frames drop however when clearing packs mainly it can really hurt the eyes to look at and i would must prefer the frames to just drop. Would it be possible if this setting can be implemented in a future patch? I can see other forum posts about this however was not given the option to respond so i've decided to make this post. From what i can see it is a highly requested setting for Xbox One and it would bring me and many other players back to the Xbox version of the game.

Idk if it's just bad optimization, but it's been around since i started playing back in Abyss league. And GGG staff or whatever u call them, tend not to answer anything on this sections of the forums, so good luck
