Double Beyond Plaza Map Failed to Create Instance Error

Already wasted 2 portals. Don't have any problem with internet but it keeps logging off saying failed to create instance each time i try to enter the portal through my hideout. Any chance you could restore the currency I used to create the portals? (value of the map + 4 chaos for beyond mod)
