Life can't be replenished until damage taken

Rarely after damage taken life can't be replenished by using potions neither with life steal. Energy shield is still recharging. Damage taken to life seems to solve the bug and everything is back to normal. But until then the life loss can not be recovered.

The occurance of the bug seems to be really rare, it might be connected to taking chaos damage.
