Items and map mod text space :(

Hey there everyone, (bug report reference number 966,008,081)

The item text is annoying, but not world ending, just have to look a bit more closely at everything.



But then the map mods doing it too, and I play on hc so screen space is pretty valuable. This looks like it could be a rip waiting to happen when I can't see what I'm doing.



Would really appreciate a fix for this.
