Breach instance already cleared!

I used a tul's breach stone, got in the instance and it was already empty. No monster, no boss encounter, no nothing...

I'm located on the washington d.c. server and it just happened. (15h25 Eastern time or -5h00gmt. Gamer tag is Lakesat).

there is a breach at the beginning of the map , you have to activate it in order to launch the event , if you don't then yes the map is empty...

I bet you are close to complete either a red or blue atleast, so better luck in next one..
